DUBOIS COUNTY STUDENTS TO RECEIVE NEW SHOES

Kicks for Kids Distribution Begins  

Today the Optimist Club of Jasper, Rally Point Events and Shoe Sensation teamed up to conduct the first round of Kicks 4 Kids in Dubois County. This event was made possible by the proceeds of the RWB Music Fest held back in August in Jasper. The program is designed to provide eligible youth in grades Pre-K through 5th in Dubois County the opportunity to pick out a brand new pair of shoes at no cost to them. These events will be going on this week in all four county school districts. By the end of the week, over 1,400 kids will have received a new pair of shoes.
