Optimist Club of Jasper High School Youth of the Month - March 2024

The Optimist Club of Jasper Youth of the Month is a monthly recognition program for students in Jasper Middle and High Schools, recognizing students from each school, for their positive outlook and contribution to the community.

The High School Optimist Youth of the Month for March is Jordyn King.  Jordyn is the daughter of David and Leesa King.  She is a Junior at Jasper High School.  Jordyn is on the JHS Soccer Team and is involved in several groups at JHS including FCCLA, EdRising, and Octagon Club.  She plans to become an Elementary Teacher.

The teacher that nominated Jordyn stated that she “is always optimistic and a true joy for her students at JES.  I enjoy all of the passion she brings to the classroom and FCCLA community service projects.
