Optimist Tri Star Soccer Challenge

We held our annual Optimist Tri Star Soccer Challenge for grades Kindergarten-8th grade on Thursday evening, June 27.  Our Optimist Club sponsors the competition during the summer soccer camp hosted by the Jasper High School soccer teams.  139 boys and girls participated in this year’s challenge.  Besides hosting the challenge, our Club also sponsors the camp’s t-shirts.  Every camp participant is given a free t-shirt with our Optimist logo on the back.  We have lots of “walking billboards” in our community.

Below are the results.  We gave 1st and 2nd place trophies and 3rd place medals.
