Optimist Club of Jasper High School Youth of the Month - February 2024

The Optimist Club of Jasper Youth of the Month is a monthly recognition program for students in Jasper Middle and High Schools, recognizing students from each school, for their positive outlook and contribution to the community.

The High School Optimist Youth of the Month for February was Romey Werner.  Romey is a Junior at Jasper High School.  She is the daughter of Jenny and Luke Werner.  She is on the JHS Softball Team.  The teacher that nominated Romey stated that “she has a very positive attitude, loves to help others and always has a smile on her face.  She is always volunteering to help when needed and often does it without being asked.”
