Optimist Club of Jasper High School Youth of the Month - October 2023

The Optimist Club of Jasper Youth of the Month is a monthly recognition program for students in Jasper Middle and High Schools, recognizing students from each school, for their positive outlook and contribution to the community.

The High School Optimist Youth of the Month for October is Andyn Lampert.  Andyn is the daughter of Brooke and Jake Lampert.  She is a Sophomore at Jasper High School.  Andyn is very active at JHS.  She is on the Tennis, Dance, and Cross Country teams.  She is a member of Business Professionals of America, Young Life, Bosco, Octagon Club, Interact Club, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.  She also serves on the Jasper Mayor's Youth Leadership Council.  Her future plans are to attend college after high school.

The teacher that nominated Andyn stated that “she is ALWAYS smiling, and always helping others. She is such a selfless person, and always has everyone's best interest at heart. Andyn does well under pressure, always wants to help people, and wants others to succeed as she does. She is dependable and can be trusted.”
