Optimist Club of Jasper Youth of the Month - Sept. 2023

The Optimist Club of Jasper Youth of the Month is a monthly recognition program for students in Jasper Middle and High Schools, recognizing students from each school, for their positive outlook and contribution to the community.

The High School Optimist Youth of the Month for September is Adam Nordhoff. Adam is the son of Jerome and Michelle Nordhoff. Adam is a senior at Jasper High School. Adam is involved in Unified Football and Track, Special Olympics Track, Bowling and Cornhole. He attends Anderson Woods summer camp, and Camp Care. Adam’s future plans are that he plans to look for a part time job and volunteer in his local community. Adam was nominated by one of his teachers. This is what his teacher had to say “ He is always looking to help any adult or peer out when he can. He helps the bus driver with the younger students and also helps out peers at work and to get to the correct place. He always has a smile and brings joy to anyone he comes in contact with. He is a role model for any student in the building with his empathy and love towards all others.” Congratulations Adam!!
